If what you want from primary care is a surgery you can reach in five minutes when you feel unwell, a practice in Clearwater is the wrong answer and no amount of writing will change that. If what you want is a physician who answers her own phone, knows your history without reading it back off a screen, and can see you the same day, then seven miles is a different kind of question.
