What the fee covers

What the fee is actually buying.

Membership fees are set by a consistent formula that considers both age and the complexity of care. Pricing is discussed during the consultation, with monthly or annual payment options available. The fee covers your relationship with Dr. Sisodia: extended visits, same-day or next-day appointments, direct phone and text access, and coordination of your wider care. It is not insurance and does not replace it.

It is buying a smaller denominator. The practice is capped at 150 patients. A traditional primary care panel runs into the thousands, and larger concierge practices publish panels in the hundreds. Every promise below follows from that cap rather than from goodwill.

Your health is not just about adding years to your life. It is about adding life to your years.
Teeresa Sisodia, MD, founder

Included in every membership

What you get, in full.

Extended, unhurried visits
Direct access to Dr. Sisodia by phone, text or video
Same-day or next-day appointments
Proactive, preventive and personalized care
Specialist and hospital coordination managed for you
Transparent membership with no surprise fees
In-person or secure telehealth visits
Fluent care in English, Spanish or Hindi

How your fee is worked out

This allows the fee to reflect each patient's anticipated level of care. A healthy patient with minimal needs may pay less than someone requiring frequent visits and coordination with multiple specialists.

Which means the honest answer to what it will cost you is that it depends, and the practice would rather say so than quote a figure most members do not pay. You will have it in writing at the meet and greet, before anything is signed. Call (727) 607-0504 if you would rather ask first.

Straight answers

What membership does not do.

The two questions people ask before they join, answered without hedging.

Does insurance or Medicare cover the membership fee?

Insurance and Medicare do not cover the membership fee. However, many members find that their HSA or FSA funds can be used to pay for concierge services; please consult your tax advisor to confirm.

Do I still need health insurance?

Yes, you still need insurance. We do not participate in any insurance networks, including HMOs, Tricare Prime, or Medicaid. Your membership covers your care with Dr. Sisodia, and it does not pay for care delivered anywhere else. You will need insurance for emergency care, routine bloodwork and laboratory tests, imaging, hospital stays, surgery, and specialist visits and procedures.

Joining

Three steps, stop at any of them.

Nothing is signed until the third one, and the first two cost nothing.

  1. Request a meet and greet

Tell us how to reach you. There is no cost and nothing is signed at this stage.

  2. Meet Dr. Sisodia

In person at the Clearwater office or by secure telehealth. You ask whatever you need to.

  3. Decide

If it is a fit, you join. If it is not, nothing is owed.

Best doctor out there! I struggled finding and PCP for years because I never found anyone that would listen to me, make me feel seen & heard and be a voice for me when we needed to get answers for something!! She takes her time, makes sure to go over all the little details & symptoms with you to know the full picture so she can help you figure it out! She’s so kind so sweet, makes me feel like a person not a number and has helped me a ton!! If you’re in FL and looking for an incredible doc - I’d reccomend her every time!🙌🏼

I would recommend Dr. Sisodia to everyone! She is everything you would want in a doctor; she’s kind, compassionate, empathetic, thorough, brilliant and personable. She has helped make my life exponentially better, even in just a year. I appreciate her so much!

Dr. Sisodia Saved My Life – Exceptional Care and Thoroughness! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I love Dr. Sisodia! I’m 44 years old and was experiencing tightness in my chest. My primary GP had closed their practice, leaving me without a doctor. I tried to make an appointment with a cardiologist, but it was canceled, and they told me to come back in two months. That’s when I started working with Dr. Sisodia. She conducted a very thorough exam and recommended a scan to check if anything was wrong with my heart. She was also able to get me an appointment with a cardiologist within the same week. Because of that recommended scan, I discovered I had a blood clot in my heart, which was treated immediately. Without her thoroughness and care, I don’t know if I’d still be here today. Dr. Sisodia, thank you so much for all you do for your patients and their families! - Anthony B.
