Concierge primary care inClearwater
A practice capped at 150 patients, led by Dr. Teeresa Sisodia. Extended visits, same-day appointments, and your physician reachable directly by phone, text or video.
Why the practice is small
The panel size is the whole point.
Every promise a concierge practice makes depends on one number. Here is that number against the alternatives.
- ThousandsTraditional primary care
A panel in the thousands is the rational response to being paid per visit.
- HundredsLarger concierge practices
Smaller than traditional care, though time with the physician is still spread widely.
- 150This practice, capped
Published rather than quoted, and the cap is the design rather than a target.
Keep the panel small enough and same-day appointments, unhurried visits and a physician who answers her own phone are simply possible. Let it grow and no amount of intent brings them back.
Your health is not just about adding years to your life. It is about adding life to your years.
Membership
Set by a formula, not by a sales conversation.
Membership fees are set by a consistent formula that considers both age and the complexity of care. Pricing is discussed during the consultation, with monthly or annual payment options available. Most practices will not tell you how the number is arrived at.
How your fee is worked out
This allows the fee to reflect each patient's anticipated level of care. A healthy patient with minimal needs may pay less than someone requiring frequent visits and coordination with multiple specialists.
Straight answers
What membership does not do.
Does insurance or Medicare cover the membership fee?
Insurance and Medicare do not cover the membership fee. However, many members find that their HSA or FSA funds can be used to pay for concierge services; please consult your tax advisor to confirm.
Do I still need health insurance?
Yes, you still need insurance. We do not participate in any insurance networks, including HMOs, Tricare Prime, or Medicaid. Your membership covers your care with Dr. Sisodia, and it does not pay for care delivered anywhere else. You will need insurance for emergency care, routine bloodwork and laboratory tests, imaging, hospital stays, surgery, and specialist visits and procedures.

Teeresa Sisodia, MD
Born in India to a family that had produced physicians for generations, and raised in the United States from before her second birthday. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Miami and has practised family medicine for 29 years, across inpatient, urgent and outpatient care.
She is fluent in English, Spanish and Hindi, so care does not have to happen in a second language.
